In front of the house there is a big pool surrounded by a paved sun deck furnished with sun beds, parasols and small tables. Around the house and the pool there is a big lawn with possibilities to play different games, badminton etc. Under the huge trees at the side of the house there are seating in the shade with soft winds and shadow. There are also a bamboo tree with paths and a place to sit and enjoy the area. At Château Clarettes there is plenty of room to do different kind of physical activity. In the house you can borrow yoga mats, jumping ropes and a small selection of exercise weights. In Les Arcs there is both a tennis court and a small gym. Biking is a big hobby in France and at Château Clarettes there is one "fatbike" and 3 ordinary bikes that are included in the rent. Of course we provide helmets and one child bike seat. If there is need for more bikes there is possible to rent bikes through the website attached. A game begins with a coin toss to determine which team plays first.
The team that wins the toss begins the game by placing the circle and throwing the jack.
After both teams have thrown all of their boules, the team with the boule closest to the jack wins the end. The winning team scores one point for each of its boules that is closer than the opposing team's closest boule. That means that the winning team could in theory score as many as six points in an end, although a score of one or two points is more typical.
As the game progresses, each team accumulates points until one of the teams reaches 13, the winning number of Points
